Navigating the limited options of securing a UK mortgage overseas as a Civil Servant is complex. Just took the stress away!
Nick was brilliant throughout the whole process of my moving home nightmare which took 1.5years and in that time provided multiple rates and mortgage offers that my previous mortgage provider could not get anywhere near. Debt Consolidation
I was recommended to Nick from a colleague at work who was struggling to get a mortgage due to a bad credit file, I personally had just shy of 60k in debt and was paying an eye watering amount in interest. I came to Nick with not much hope and yet here i am less than a month later with a 2nd charge and paying an amount i can afford. Nick consolidated my debt and basically gave me my life back, I will be forever grateful. Nothing was too much trouble, the communication and updates on the progress were swift and explained in detail. I won't be in debt forever now but I will forever be in Nicks debt for helping me out of the rutt I had got myself into. Honestly cannot thank you enough.

Prompt, professional and friendly service
Nick Triniman gave us excellent mortgage advice some years ago so we had no hesitation about going back to him when the 10 year tracker mortgage he arranged for us was ending As before he was easy to contact and talk with by phone and very prompt with all our e mails. He explained everything very clearly and we took out a fixed rate mortgage based on his advice. Given the current turmoil in the mortgage market we are more than happy with his advice and relieved that he made it happen so quickly.
