Initially we offer a free consultation and if any fees were to be applicable to you they would be clearly explained during the free consultation. Every mortgage discussed would be assessed on two considerations: the mortgage amount and the complexity of the individual circumstances. This fee would never be more than £395 and payable only on an application being submitted.
